September 18, 2012Meet Cash! I got to meet this adorable four-month-old recently and fell in love. You can practically hear him squealing in some of the pictures. The three to four month range is the best for capturing how expressive babies can be and boy did he deliver!

September 7, 2012Oh Man. I am so excited to share this post. When I was in LA last month to visit and take pictures of my new niece, I also had the opportunity to shoot another adorable family. When I travel and shoot in a new place, I have to rely on my clients to pick a location or offer suggestions since I don’t have a coffer to choose from. Well- Kaitlin and her family LOVE the beach. Her Daddy is a surfer and picked the spot, and early one morning we headed out to Malibu. I think it’s safe to say that Southern California might be my favorite place to take pictures. Every shoot I’ve had there has made it into my favorites – I love new places, new people and HOLY WOW – the sunlight there is absolutely magnificent. All that said. If you’re in the LA area and want to have some pictures taken, call me, OK? I’d love to come back for more!
Anyway – I hope you enjoy this sneak peek. It was so hard to narrow down my favorites, but make sure you make it all the way down to the end. You might be rewarded with a mushy baby in a tutu. On a beach.

August 31, 2012So here’s the post I promised Just in time to usher in the weekend!
Isn’t this little bit sweet? I’m ecstatic for my sister and can’t wait to watch Baby Libby grow! I only wish that she lived closer. LA is a bit too far for my taste, but I feel so lucky that I had the opportunity to travel there as soon as Libby was born and spend some time with them (and get a week long photo shoot). We’re so fortunate to have the technology of Facetime and I get to see her on almost a daily basis.
